    Terms Of Sale:

    This is an absolute court ordered auction. By Order of The Circuit Court Of Pulaski County Arkansas, 6TH Division. Case No. CV2009-5346-6. Everything will be sold to the highest and best bidders on auction day.

    Terms Of Payment:

    Personal Property: A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases. Full payment is due on auction day, (No Exceptions). Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Good Company or Personal Check with valid Arkansas Drivers License, Visa and MasterCard.

    Directions: Take I-30 to Malvern. Take exit 97, Turn right. Turn right again onto hwy 171 North. Proceed approximately 5 miles to Hwy 290 and turn left. Then proceed approximately 6 miles to Bristol Lane, turn right and then immediately turn right again onto Mt. Carmel Rd, Sale site will be on the left. From Hot Springs: Take Hwy 7 South to Hwy 290 and turn Left. Go Approximately 4 miles to Bristol Lane, then immediately turn right onto Mt. Carmel Rd. Sale site will be on the left. AUCTION PREVIEW will be September 29th from 10:00am to 3:00pm
